Sell-Side / Vendor Due Diligence

- The team evaluates the quality of earnings, working capital components, and significant debt-like items, while also examining tax compliances and ongoing litigations. In addition, Fyntres leads discussions with potential investors and their advisors based on the VDD report to facilitate informed decision-making and deal execution.
Due Diligence Readiness & Assistance
We help businesses become investment-ready by advising on preparatory requirements and setting up and managing the data room during the diligence exercise, acting as an interface between investor advisors and vendors.
Our role includes performing financial analysis of historical results, identifying and documenting the basis of carve-outs, and advising on the appropriate tax structure for the transaction. We also liaise with the buy side diligence team and support management in addressing queries and fulfilling data requests.
